The Pixie (Tiny House) Cabin is a fully mobile structure that we use as a Site Office, Tea Room, Office and Tool Box!
The Pixie “Tiny House” Cabin is our little
gem built from mainly leftover bits of timber from past projects, discarded
pallets, broken branches, logs and trees! She is used as our site office, tool
box, tea hut, office, dry area on rainy days and above all, being fully mobile,
makes a great advertisement for our company services.
Pixie is fully equipped with all the essentials to make our working day more comfortable especially during the cold winter months. The small log burner not only keeps us warm but is great for drying out damp work wear and keeping the coffee warm. The cabin is powered by rechargeable power packs that run the low voltage lighting but can also supply enough electricity for small power tools. Alternatively, a simple extension lead can be run from a customer’s house.

The front store box houses the outdoor appliances. one of which is a small off grid boiler which is able to supply enough heat to run a very handy power shower, idea for cleaning muddy boots and washing out paint brushes. Two AA batteries and a bottle of BBQ gas power the boiler itself. A simple garden hose can be connected to supply water with mains pressure or for more remote locations; a 12v boat pump can be used to pump water from buckets or water containers.
The outdoor BBQ pit is used to burn small offcuts and at the same time manufacture charcoal, which we use to keep the log burner at a warm, lasting temperature.
The cabin sits on a re enforced steel chassis with re claimed steel wheels and stabilizer bars. She is also fitted with a tracker device meaning its location can be accesses via a smart phone. Note; Tools are transported too and from jobs, no tools are kept inside the Pixie Cabin.
