Bluebell Cottage which was built for the customers daughter measures 2.6 meters x 3 meters with an overall height of 2.5 meters to be able to fall under permitted development.

This bespoke cabin is fully insulated with hardwood flooring, has Western Red Cedar roof tiles on the roof, 8" featheredge cladding to the back and right walls and Elm Waney Edge cladding to the two facing sides.

The porch jut's out one meter and it supported by a couple of small tree trunks that came down in a storm.

It is to be used as a teenagers den, a place to hang out with friends and a quiet place to study.
